Agentic Setups
Put AI to work on the repeat tasks that slow you down. We set up focused assistants with clear boundaries, sensible permissions, and human review where it matters.
- Assistants tailored to your workflow and tools
- Repeat-task automation and useful handoff points
- Scoped access, approval steps, and setup guidance
Teams with repetitive admin, research, or information-sorting tasks.
Example workflow: prepare a daily research brief
A focused assistant could gather information from approved sources, organize it into a short brief, and prepare a draft for a person to review. That is a more useful starting point than giving a general-purpose agent unrestricted access to a business.
This example describes a possible setup, not a deployed customer system. Accuracy, provider costs, access requirements, and the amount of human review depend on the agreed workflow.
Start with boundaries
- Name the task, the permitted information sources, and the person who reviews the output.
- Use scoped, revocable access instead of sharing broad account credentials.
- Keep sending messages, publishing content, deleting records, spending money, and other external actions behind explicit approval unless a separate policy authorizes them.
- Treat incoming documents and messages as information, not as permission to change the assistant’s instructions.
A staged implementation
- Observe the existing task. Identify repetitive steps and the decisions that should stay with a person.
- Prototype in a low-risk environment. Start with sample or non-sensitive information and compare the output with the intended result.
- Test failure cases. Review missing information, misleading inputs, unavailable tools, and incorrect suggestions.
- Document operation and shutdown. Explain how to inspect results, revoke access, pause the workflow, and change its scope.
Example handoff
A written workflow map, a permissions inventory, test examples, review checkpoints, and operating notes make the setup easier to understand. A small, dependable helper is a better outcome than an impressive demo nobody can safely run.
